Good price for padded vest Jan 01, 2011

This is a nice undergarment for some added protection if you ride a motor bike. Could also be used as a street hockey chest protector. I bought it for MT biking and the protection isnt hardened. This means you have small pads sewn in the vest. These are soft and not hard. This limits the protection this vest will offer. It seem sto be geared toward burn/friction damage from flling off a street bike. Not sure how well this will protect a fall onto tought terrain with a mt bike.
Pluses: Fair price, light weight, no restricted movement, looks cool, great for playing paintball, street hockey or other similiar sports.
Negatives: Not recommended as only layer of protection for more intense sports. This is not body armor (its light padding).

Im a big guy so I was excited when I saw the 3X size for this product. Typically 3X sizes fit slightly loose on me. Got my vest and it fit like a 1X. this is getting sent back. I cant even zip it up. Of course I expedited the shipping so that money is gone too. I guess I should be glad that this is the 1st time this happened to my through Amazon.

Just received my vest, and I was amply impressed by the design, and quality of this. It fits very snug, and I hope it doesn't shrink or that I don't get any bigger! Good price for a quality product.

This vest as well as being attractive, is very light and lets the air ventilation when you take a ride on the bike. The only thing is that the yellow lines can't see it at night. But 100% Recommended
